3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service provider (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations 30+ days before travel: Full refund or minimal charges
• Cancellations 14-29 days before travel: 50% refund may apply
• Cancellations less than 14 days before travel: No refund or heavy penalties

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Shrimm Tours and Travel is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of booking for full coverage.

6. Changes & Modifications

Changes to bookings may be possible subject to availability and airline/hotel policies. Change fees will apply and must be paid by the customer. Contact our support team at least 48 hours before travel for modification requests.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Shrimm Tours and Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by service providers including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information solely for booking purposes and to improve our services.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, war, political unrest, or pandemic situations.
